6. Returns & Refunds

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery.

ELLYORA extends this right to 30 days, giving you additional flexibility.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags attached.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 working days after receiving and inspecting your return.

Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
