1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

United Kingdom

All countries within the European Union

We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or military addresses.
Orders within Europe are not subject to customs duties or import taxes.

2. Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 working days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

If we experience delays due to high demand, customs checks, or courier issues (e.g., strikes, weather), we will notify you promptly.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

FREE Shipping: 6–10 bussines days

EXPRESS Shipping: 4-7 bussines days

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and courier performance.

Please note: Once dispatched, parcels are handled by independent couriers. However, ownership and responsibility for the goods remain with ELLYORA until you receive them, in line with EU consumer protection law.

4. Tracking Your Order

After dispatch, you’ll receive:

A tracking number.

Courier details and tracking link.

You can use this information to follow your delivery in real time.

5. Delayed or Lost Deliveries

If your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe:

Please wait 48 hours beyond the estimated delivery date (courier delays may occur).

Contact suporte@ellyora.com with your order number.

We will investigate the issue directly with the courier and keep you updated throughout the process.

6. Incorrect Address or Delivery Failure

Please ensure that your shipping details are correct before placing your order.
ELLYORA is not responsible for:

Delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Parcels returned due to failed delivery attempts.

If your parcel is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange redelivery (additional fees may apply).

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or missing an item:

Notify us within 48 hours of receiving your package.

Include your order number and clear photos of the packaging and product.

We’ll investigate and arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
