1. Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods, for any reason and without justification.

However, ELLYORA extends this right to 30 days from the delivery date, giving you more flexibility and peace of mind.

To start a return, please email suporte@ellyora.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a refund:

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging.

Tags must remain attached.

You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us of your intent to cancel.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be subject to a partial refund or rejection.

3. Faulty or Incorrect Items

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement if your product is faulty, damaged, or not as described.
In these cases, return shipping costs are covered by ELLYORA.

4. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will:

Confirm receipt by email

Notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not liable for returns lost in transit.
Once approved, you will receive the return address and instructions.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
